The focus of this class will be on the Olympic-style lifts: Snatch and Clean and Jerk. This class is for athletes who have at least a basic level of familiarity with the Olympic lifts, and know how to warm themselves up for barbell work. That being said, you don't have to be a complete expert! We’ll help refine your technique and build strength with a custom written percentage based program and expert coaching.
You will be paired with a coach in a small group class to refine your movement through variations of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk (complexes, pulls, squatting, etc.) and corrected and coached as you progress throughout the program.
